Premier Health Solutions' executive leadership brings decades of experience across insurance, finance, technology, and operations. This team sets strategic direction and ensures alignment across compliance, financial stewardship, and long-term growth initiatives.
At Homeland HealthCare, he was instrumental in architecting an operational model that increased company revenue from $35 million with negative EBITDA to $93 million with over $1 million per month in EBITDA in just three years.
At AIG, Brandon served in the Accident and Health Division, supporting commercial, institutional, and individual customers in more than 130 countries. He received his BBA in Insurance and Risk Management from Baylor University.
Before PHS, Brian excelled as Sales Director for a Preferred Provider Network, leading all business development efforts to significant revenue growth. In 1999 he founded Premier Access Inc., recognized for innovative solutions in healthcare cost management and network aggregation.
In 2009, Brian established Premier Ancillary Services, integrating healthcare services with cost-effective alternatives in the medical access, lifestyle, and personal protection markets.
Before founding Bosque, Mike grew his tactical skills as a project lead, senior business analyst, and software developer with a boutique consulting firm. He began his career in corporate accounting and finance at The Associates First Capital.
Mike holds a BA in Finance from Texas A&M University and an MBA from The University of Texas at Arlington.
She oversees the alignment of operations and services with strategic goals while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Prior to PHS, Alyssa served as Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Officer for NMC Holdings, Inc.
Alyssa is a certified Associate Compliance Professional (ACP) and Paralegal, as well as a licensed General Lines Insurance Agent.
His extensive sales experience spans lead aggregation, CRM software, and customer acquisition. As Chief Sales Officer, Bejoe drives profitable growth by recruiting highly qualified, licensed health insurance professionals and customer service agents.
Brian leads the implementation and monitoring of all advance commissions for PHS agents. He received his BBA in Finance from Baylor University and is a licensed General Lines Insurance Agent.
The management team is responsible for day-to-day execution across billing, customer support, analytics, technology, and internal operations. Their work ensures accuracy, responsiveness, and continuity across the programs Premier Health Solutions administers.
With a BA in Visual Design and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University, Gareth excels in driving transformative marketing initiatives. His collaborative approach ensures marketing integrates seamlessly with the company’s strategic direction.
David worked with Andersen Consulting, Exxon, and Walt Disney World, and ran Customer Centered Consulting Group for 25 years. He holds degrees in Chemical Engineering and Computer Science from Texas A&M University and is the author of five customer service books.
Jessica holds a BBA in Accounting from Texas Tech University.
His leadership empowers the data analytics team to implement cutting-edge solutions, ensuring PHS remains at the forefront of data-driven strategies.
Currently serving as Billing Manager, she leads a team of billing specialists, streamlines monthly revenue reporting, and implements strategies that reduce errors and strengthen client relationships.
As Finance Manager, he oversees financial reporting, cost analysis, and process improvement across the organization. His background in federal program controls, earned value management, and ERP systems gives PHS a strong analytical foundation as the company continues to scale. David holds a BBA and Master’s degrees in Accounting and Valuation from Texas Christian University.
Tekela holds a Human Resources Diploma and is a Certified Corporate Trainer and Certified Professional Speaker.
Strategic Solutions Leadership focuses on program design, implementation, technology enablement, and partner collaboration. This team works closely with carriers, agencies, and associations to support scalable, compliant benefit programs.
