Premier Health Solutions Appoints Michael Krzysiak as First President and CFO to Lead Next Phase of Growth

Frisco, Texas – Premier Health Solutions (PHS), a leading provider of comprehensive benefits administration and management services to agents, associations, and carriers across the country, today announced the promotion of Michael Krzysiak to President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Krzysiak, who has served as CFO since 2014, will now oversee both financial and operational strategy, ensuring continued growth and industry leadership. His promotion marks the first time anyone has served in the role of President at PHS.

Since joining PHS, Krzysiak has played a pivotal role in the company’s success, overseeing financial strategy, operational efficiency, and long-term planning. Since 2022, under his leadership, PHS has seen a more than 60 percent increase in net revenue. Additionally, the company has served more than 100,000 members and ranked 4th among top Texas insurance companies by INC 5000 in 2023. In this expanded role, Krzysiak will focus on driving strategic initiatives, strengthening client relationships, and embracing and employing new technologies in the evolving healthcare landscape.

Krzysiak brings more than 24 years of financial, accounting, and IT experience in the area of membership management. Prior to joining PHS, he founded, owned and operated Bosque Technologies, Inc. Krzysiak began his career in corporate accounting and finance for The Associates First Capital. He received his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Texas A&M University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington.
